From October to May we open Havna up for one company to have the whole place to themselves. No strangers in the lobby, no other names on the sign, no one else waiting for a table.
Just your people, a house from 1924 at the water's edge, and a weekend where no one has anywhere else to be.
A buy out is not a conference room with lunch. It is the whole property, set aside for one group.
All of our accommodation reserved for your group — no other check-ins that weekend.
Tjømesalen, Sommerhaven and Chambre Séparée are all yours at the same time — use them as you like.
Havna Bath, the floating sauna and Hvile Beach are included — a winter swim before dinner is part of the programme.

In summer Havna is full of guests, boaters and beach life. From October it settles down — and that is when we can hand the whole house to one group without asking anyone else to move.
It also means you get the version of Tjøme few people see: still water, frost on the jetties, dark afternoons and a hotel that is warm inside. A very different setting for a company retreat than a conference hotel by a motorway.
There is one buy out per date. We take enquiries on a rolling basis and hold the date once the agreement is signed.
Every buy out is built from scratch. We need to know how many you are, when you have in mind, and what the weekend should be about — then we come back with a proposal and a price.
